FAQ
Find answers to the most common questions about our franchise opportunities and partnership with Integrity.
Integrity’s franchising programme enables entrepreneurs and established businesses to develop and operate their own business under the Integrity brand, offering professional services in employment background screening, due diligence, investigations, and whistleblowing solutions. Franchise partners benefit from Integrity’s established business model, proprietary technology, operational expertise, training, and ongoing support, while developing their business in their respective territories.
With 25+ years of experience, ISO-certified processes, proprietary technology, and deep local expertise across multiple countries, Integrity combines global standards with on-the-ground market knowledge that few providers can match.
Integrity is looking for experienced professionals and entrepreneurs with relevant backgrounds in areas such as background screening, investigations, due diligence, risk and compliance, HR and recruitment, corporate security or related professional services. We are particularly interested in partners who want to take an active role in building and leading the business in their market. Strong local knowledge, commercial capability, professional networks and a commitment to Integrity’s quality and ethical standards are important.
A Background Screening Franchise lets you operate a background-screening business under the Integrity brand, using our established methodology, technology platform, and support systems to verify candidates for employers in your territory.
The Employment Background Screening Franchise is a focused model for partners who want to build a specialised employment screening business using Integrity’s methodologies, technology and international capabilities. The Integrity Master Franchise provides a broader opportunity to develop the Integrity business and service portfolio in an agreed territory, including employment screening and other Integrity services such as due diligence, investigations, whistleblowing and related risk and compliance solutions. The appropriate model will depend on the partner’s experience, capabilities, market and business ambitions.
Partners gain access to a globally recognised brand, proven operating procedures, proprietary technology, ongoing training, and a dedicated support team — allowing you to launch and scale faster than building from scratch.
No. Previous experience in background screening or investigations is not necessarily required. Integrity provides the methodologies, technology, training, knowledge transfer and operational support needed to build and operate the business. What matters is strong local market knowledge, entrepreneurial leadership, commercial capability and the ability to build a local team.
Not necessarily. The partnership can be structured around your existing business or through a new local entity, depending on the market, territory and agreed partnership structure. Integrity will work with the partner to determine the appropriate setup.
Yes. An existing business can potentially add Integrity’s services to its portfolio, provided the partner meets Integrity’s requirements and can maintain the required quality and ethical standards. This can allow partners to build on existing client relationships and local market knowledge.
Yes. Partners can expand their service portfolio as the business develops. A partner may start with the services most relevant to its market and subsequently add additional Integrity services, subject to the applicable territory rights, capabilities and partnership requirements.
Investment varies by territory and franchise model. During the application process we share a detailed breakdown of the franchise fee, setup costs, and ongoing operating requirements for your market.
The investment and fee structure depends on the partnership type, territory, services included and local market requirements. The specific initial and ongoing fees are discussed during the application and territory evaluation process.
No. The Integrity franchise model is designed for partners who will take an active role in developing the business, whether directly or through a dedicated management team. We are looking for partners who bring relevant professional experience, local market knowledge, commercial capability and a long-term commitment to building the Integrity brand in their territory.
Availability changes as partnerships form. Visit our Available Territories page for an up-to-date map, or contact us to check whether your country or region is open.
Yes. Qualified partners may expand into additional territories over time, including through our Integrity Country Partnership model, subject to performance and availability.
Territorial rights are defined as part of the partnership agreement. Where exclusivity is granted, the partner receives exclusive rights for the agreed services and territory, subject to the performance obligations and other conditions set out in the agreement.
Partners receive structured support covering business setup, service methodologies, technology, training, operational processes, quality standards, marketing and business development. Ongoing support is provided as the franchise develops, with the objective of helping partners build a sustainable Integrity business while maintaining consistent service and brand standards.
Integrity provides partners with brand, marketing and business development support, sales materials, service expertise and access to the wider Integrity network. Partners may also benefit from international opportunities involving their territory. However, developing the local client base remains a core responsibility of the franchise partner. We therefore look for partners with strong commercial capabilities, local networks and the ability to actively develop their market.
Integrity operates as an international network, allowing partners to support clients with requirements extending beyond their own territory. Cross-border opportunities are coordinated within the Integrity network in accordance with the applicable franchise arrangements and service capabilities.
Partners receive access to established technology platforms supporting service delivery and business operations. Depending on the partnership, this can include technology for employment screening, whistleblowing, compliance searches and due diligence management, together with relevant training and technical support.
We look for partners with strong business acumen, integrity, local market knowledge, and the financial capacity to invest in and grow the business. Prior industry experience is helpful but not required.
Integrity reviews each application based on the candidate’s professional background, market knowledge, commercial capabilities and the opportunity within the proposed territory. Selected candidates are invited to an initial discussion to explore the franchise model, territory and mutual fit before progressing to more detailed evaluation and discussions.
Most applications move from initial enquiry to agreement within a few weeks, depending on due diligence, territory review, and how quickly required information is provided.
The timeline depends on the franchise model, local incorporation and regulatory requirements, recruitment of the initial team and operational readiness. Once an agreement is reached, Integrity works with the partner through a structured setup, training and launch process. A more specific implementation plan and target launch date are agreed with each partner during the franchise development process.
